MFM 0-0 LOBI STARS

Mike Idoko was at the Soccer Temple on Wednesday to witness the CAF Champions’ match between Mfm fc of Lagos and Real Bamako of Mali and while speaking to journalist after the match he promised that his Lobi side would not go empty handed when they visit Lagos to on MFMFC.True to his word the Benue boys fought MFMFC to a standstill and got a share of the spoils , the match ended 0-0.

RANGERS 1-1 KANO PILLARS

In the biggest clash of the weekend , Kano Pillars still mourning the loss of their defender Udoji visited Rangers International of Enugu. At the end of hostilities Pillars secured a 1-1 draw,Mr. consistent Junior Lokosa scored the much needed equaliser with three minutes of normal time yet to be played, Godwin Aguda had put the flying Antelopes ahead in the first half of the match.

Junior “Mr Consistent” who is the league top scorer have scored 9 goals in 10 premierleague appearance. This win take Kano pillars temporarily to the top of the log with 17 Points from 10 matches, they are closely followed by Enyimba (the Aba Elephants defeated Sunshine stars 2-1 at their adopted UJ Esuene stadium)with the same number of points but with inferior goals difference.

Chikere Ositas lone strike was all the Wike lads needed to secure 1-0 away win in Ilorin against Kwara United. Coach John Ogbu must be wondering was he needs to do to get victories and take the side away from the relegation zone.
