Liverpool snatched the top spot of the Premier League table and hold a two-point lead to second-placed Manchester City after beating Chelsea 2-0 at the Anfield on Sunday. Two second-half goals from Sadio Mane and Mo Salah ensured the hosts did not let their title collapse in 2014 come in the way to their hope of first title after 1990.

Eden Hazard missed two brilliant chances in the second half and the Blues paid for that as Chelsea sit at the fourth spot with just two-points lead over Manchester United.
